Awarded the title of

by the Noir Club, building on my inclusion in the Photographer of the Year Awards for 2025.
Ningbo Operatic Society Evening
Jo and I were invited to an evening at the local operatic society. The sets and costumes were fantastic and the talent of the performers was of a very high standard.
The location was obviously a very old and traditional site which was not geared to modern accessibility considerations, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful and did their utmost to make us welcome and to ensure that we enjoyed the visit.

An excellent Viking festival at Flag Fen Archaeology Park near Peterborough.
2 MONTHS IN CHINA
I had the good fortune to spend two months in China, visiting my lovely wife Jo who is an Assistant Professor of Communications at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC).
